Not sure why you think you need a green screen.  I once did a brochure for a limo company and shot in their parking lot.  Obviously the outside view in the windows wasn't very appealing.   I just took shots of the local skyline.  I selected the windows in PS (really easy to do), deleted what was in that selection and then dropped in the images of the city.

You don't need '"green" to drop out and replace imagery/backgrounds.  I've used white and shades of gray.  I actually find it easier since there is no green spillover.
