None of those shots I would consider "low light". They're using at least one light source and I guarantee there's exposure stacking going on to bring out the luminescence, if nothing else.

experiment with a desk lamp or similar and make sure your camera is on a steady tripod. An image like the ones on that ig aren't anything crazy or special setup wise, you should be able to achieve similar with a gx85 no problem1
