Yes. Depending on usage, updating all 2 years is fully ok.
Yet try to bench for yourself using the demo - prime AI De-noise easily boosts 1 ISO Strop compared to many others.
When we consider that all lenses are more soft at f2.8 vs f4.0: neglecting the shallow depth of field effect you basically can beat an m43 f2.8 on Adobe Lightroom with an m43 f4.0 lens. That's worth the Invest

All lenses are not more soft at f/2.8. for example Olympus 12-40mm Pro is sharpest fully open, unless you shoot at over 30mm or so.

Also one can use DeepPrime for f/2.8 too, not sure how f/4.0 beats it. With 12mm at f/2.8 one can get good DoF.

Also at 12 or 25mm the Oly 12-40 f2.8 is a little sharper in the center at f4.0 when at f2.8 (best to check with 80MP HighRes RAWs) same is the crazy sharp Oly 40-150 PRO at all focal lengths.

a) Oly 12-40 25mm f2.8 at f2.8 ISO 1600 with Adobe LR
b) Oly 12-40 25mm f2.8 at f4.0 ISO 3200 with DxO Prime AI Denoise

So in theory a DxO a Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-45mm f/4.0 would be sufficient.
Its a bit cheaper and more compact. More interesting is looking at the Oly 12-100 f4.0 PRO.
My point was: DxO is very well suited to compensate missing f2.8 so DxO can give you a huge value boost on compact gear.
