Good M4/3 Lens for indoor watch photography

I am a complete newbie to photography but I have always been passionate about taking pictures of watches. Currently, I have a Panasonic GX85 and a 30mm f3.5 macro lens. However, my 30mm 3.5 macro lens is quite terrible in low light situations. I am often met with excessive noise or horrible sharpness.

While browsing Instagram, I notice alot of other users who post lume shots or low light shots of watches are able to capture them with extreme clarity.

An example would be something from this person's IG page:

I was wondering to what extent are his pictures due to his setup? How can I replicate these low light lume shots while maintaining such clarity and sharpness? What lens should I get? I have learned that the larger the F stop, the better it is at low light situations, so I was wondering if say a Sigma 30mm f1.4 would suffice? If not, can anyone give me any recommendations? Ideally I wish for the lens to be within 500 USD range.
