I'm in the same boat as the original poster. I own a m50 and bought the 15-55 & 55-200 telelens as a package deal. I then bought a used 22mm pancake lens on bargain. I found myself using the 22mm often and switching between the 55-200 and the 22mm.
I enjoy taking walks and shooting everything nature, landscape. Since the m50 is not weather sealed it's been a concern from me that I need to take special care of the camera if it all of a sudden started to drizzle outside.
I've also looked at the ef-m lenses leaked roadmap for 2021 which to me doesn't look to impressive. Which makes me think more and more about just selling all of my gear and jumping to a eos RP/R and picking up rf lenses instead.
As for my own style of photography, I enjoy shooting landscape and really like the 22mm. I would really like to try to use more wide lenses, like a fisheye lens or similar. But I also like to use my 55-200 to come closer.
To me I see two options:
1) Stay with ef-m. Buy a couple of interesting lenses of the coming years for the ef-m. Perhaps try buying some fish-eye lenses and experiment with that. I feel like I might hit the "roof" on the amount of lenses available. Both by Canon and third party manufacturers. Maybe I'm wrong?
2) Sell my ef-m gear and buy a FF mirrorless camera like RP/R. Then based on my budget, buy a lens like 24-240/24-105. Perhaps save a bit and try to buy a shorter focal length lens.
I have no idea what to do.
The EOS M was always intended to be a compact system but with access to the whole range of EF and EF-S lenses. That's why there will always only be a limited range of EF-M lenses. There's precious little point in Canon bringing out any EF-M lenses longer than 250mm because they would either be too slow if they kept within the 61mm diameter of all their EF-M lenses so far, or they wouldn't be significantly smaller or cheaper than the EF lenses that are already available. Fast lenses are relatively very expensive; an f/1.4 EF-M lens is equivalent to an f/2.2 FF lens. Canon have made a 32mm f/1.4 EF-M lens which is excellent, but at four times the price of the nearly equivalent EF 50mm f/1.8 or twice the price of the RF 50mm f/1.8, it ought to be better than them, as it is said to be. FF is the way to go if you want to reduce noise in low light or have minimal depth of field, but it's bulky and generally heavier compared with EOS M.
The EF-M 11-22mm is another excellent lens that, for me, justifies the whole EOS M system. The 28mm macro is another sharp lens with a more normal field of view, which also gives you the chance to shoot bugs and tiny flowers on your landscape walkabouts. I've mentioned the 32mm and there are also the Sigma f/1.4 primes to consider. I like my Samyang 8mm f/2.8 rectangular fisheye and find I use it far more than I thought I would, see https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/64785280
The EOS M cameras are designed for fun, everyday photography and work really well alongside Canon's DSLR or R series cameras. I already had an FF cameras when I bought my first EOS M. I certainly wouldn't advise selling your M50 if you could possibly buy an FF camera without doing so.
