Nikon 17-35 2.8D and 28-70 2.8D

I mainly shoot landscapes, with camera on a tripod using live view with maximum magnification for precise manual focusing with single point AFS. Currently, I am using D750 with 24-120 f4 VR.

I have the opportunity to buy Nikon 17-35 2.8D and 28-70 2.8D at a reasonable price. Both the lenses work only with manual focus and the AF motor is dead. I am aware of the AF motor issues with both the lenses.

I would like to have the suggestions and guidance from the individuals who have actually used these two lenses with regard to following:

A. How is the image quality and color rendition from these lenses for landscape use?

B. Are these lenses able to resolve 36MP and 45MP sensors? (for future consideration).

C. Nikon 28-70 2.8D compared to 24-120 F4, which is the better landscape lens?

D. Any field curvature issue with either of the lens mentioned?

Thanking everyone in advance.
