Are there any good NEX to MI or iISO hot shoe adapters?

I bought a flash today that I am probably going to return. It's an Opteka IF-500S. The flash itself uses an iISO shoe (like Minolta, and the NEX-7). It also came with MI and NEX adapters.

It doesn't actually work on my NEX-5T, but if I put a Minolta flash (HS3600(D)) on the adapter, that does fire. But the HS3600(D) is not aware of the focal length of the lens, and does not seem to be doing TTL metering.

Just wondering if there are any hot shoe adapters for NEX bodies that actually do allow more than manual power X-synch triggering.
