Recoverable highlights - I recall a chart?

I remember a few years ago seeing a chart, but not sure what site it was on, where i was able to see a camera's dynamic range with respect to full black and full white.

It's difficult to explain but it was a bar for each camera and give the full dynamic range and the amount of exposure stops in the shadows and highlights which were recoverable. It was useful for both comparing cameras (as some where better in highlights and some in shadows) and also for knowing how much detail i could recover in each area.

Does anyone recall this? I found it more useful in real life scenarios than to the absolute dynamic range figures (stops) which are all i can find now.
