I used to shoot an acrobatics competitions with a wide variety of cameras and lenses from EOS 100D + Canon 85/1.8 to EOS R + 70-2002.8L, and this combo: M6mkII + Sigma 50-100/1.8 is simply the best for the job.

Actualy i've sold my EOS R and all EF lenses.

Really? I can imagine the R would do a bit better job at higher ISO values. Even at f/2.8 I think it's one stop better compared to the M6mkII at f/1.8.

Don't get me wrong, EOS R is great camera, i was pretty happy with it, but M6MkII is cheaper, lighter and much more fun to use. Maybe all that fancy RF/L lenses might change my mind, but, for example, a RF28-70L costs more than my whole setup (camera, four lenses and tripod).

One day i realized that it's pretty stupid to have an expensive camera as a backup and almost never use it.
