Longest-expo with moon in shot?

Hi everyone, I'm currently planning a photo of the moon rising over a local motorway. As I envisage it, this will be a long exposure shot (I imagine light trails from passing cars heading straight to the moon). The big problem with this, of course, is that the moon will be moving, so doing a long exposure risks introducing motion blur.

My question is, what is the longest exposure I'm likely to be able to get away with before the motion blur becomes an issue? I'll likely be using between 100-135mm on an APS-C camera (assuming that will get me a large enough moon in the frame), and I currently don't have the ability to composite multiple exposures, so I'm aiming to get all this in a single exposure.

Thanks in advance for your help!
