Best way to green screen a window that has curtains?

Hello everyone,

I am planning a photoshoot in a bedroom. There is a window in that room that has a very ugly view of a building, and I was wondering how best to green-screen it out in post.

I have two unknowns:

a) is there a green screen cloth that is thin enough so that if I place it on the window, it gets illuminated from the sun that hits the window (thus not requiring an extra light),

and b) if there is a see through curtain in front of the green-screen, will that be a problem?

Yes, the window is hit by the sun during the day, so the question is more about the type of fabric I should be looking for. And if curtains are an issue, I can make sure to not cover the green-screen no problem.

Thanks!
