That is why I said "straight through adapter".  A teleconverter would make the adaption possible, but as the table below shows, it is relatively pointless.  This is especially true when you consider that teleconverters are really only effective when the base lens is incredibly sharp. Also, depending on the image circle of the lens, a 1.4X TC might not even be enough to cover full frame.

Heck, no one even makes an EF-M to EF-M teleconverter.  EF-M to RF makes even less sense.
