K3 Mki

...... and so we wait...

In the meantime I shoot with what I have; the K3Mki. (Oh... and an appearance by the MZ-5n.)

Usually on a Sunday after dropping my wife off to work at the seaside village cafe at around sunrise, i'll take the Dog for a walk and shoot a few frames.

Dad, is you finished taking them photo's yet .........

This time the sunrise was a little bit special.

This place is about 30km down the road from our home at a seaside Village called Saint Leonards, Victoria, Australia.

It's a place where the past times include drinking coffee, eating pastry, reading the newspaper, fishing off the jetty or a boat and going for a swim..

Until my next two weddings happen in a few weeks (covid lockdowns willing?) I do a bit of scenery and walkabout.

Sun not up yet .... on the way there.

Little bit of fog ......... light could be interesting.

I haven't yet spent long enough to replicate the red glow I saw with my naked eye ... but it's looking promising.

I spoke to the fisherman later and sent him a copy ............

was just a bit mesmerizing watching it rise ...

The light changes and sun rays were most excellent ....

As usual, a bit of monochrome looks good.

Fine morning for a 5km swim ... so I spoke to them and also sent them some copies, plus i'm now getting a wet suit and joining the crew ....

Birds were enjoying the scenery also

Just one of a handful of fishing boats and yachts moored around the jetty.

...... and the MZ-5n made an appearance with a roll of Fuji 200 iso film
