Changed from D6II to R6 - What do do with my EF lenses?

HI there,

I recently bought a Canon R6 and so far I'm really happy with it. I am far more pleased with the EVF than I was hoping and love the AF system. Coming from the 6D Mark 2, it is sooo great to finally be able to set the focus point somewhere else than in the middle of the screen!

My "problem" now is that I am not too sure on how to proceed with my old lenses. I own the RF EF adapter so I can use everything I have on the R6, but I already notice that I would prefer to have "normal" RF lenses since the balance is better and it is less of a hassle when changing lenses. I got a 50mm together with the R6 and really enjoy how lightweight the combination is (although I know that better RF glass can be quite heavy too). I know that there are not that many RF lenses yet and that there is no coutnerpart for everything I have. So far I own:

Sigma 35mm f1.4 ART

Canon EF 85mm f1.4

Canon EF 70-200mm f4 L IS USM

Canon EF 40mm f2.8

Canon EF 24-70mm f4 L IS USM

Canon EF 100mm Macro f2.8 L IS USM

Canon RF 50mm f1.8

So my question is: What in your opinion would be best to upgrade towards an RF lens? Do you guys have similar thoughts and how do you handle that situation?

Canon EOS R6
