Sharpening and zoom....
2

Hi!  Here's my neighbors up on a roof about .10 miles away.

I'm pretty happy with the zoom (izoom)....I noticed when you set the format to 3:2 you get more megapixels.  Is that good? And I haven't experimented because it's so foggy it's wet out there but then if you went down to 5 mp would you get more extended zoom?

And I have been using sharpness of +2.  Then I read a bunch of stuff about how sharpness ghosts the outlines of objects in your picture.  This picture seems fine to me but I'm wondering how the SOOC jpeg shooters use in camera sharpness?

Any help will be most appreciated!

Jacqueline
