Having a panoramic printed

For the last year or so, I've been taking hi-res panos. Some of my later shots are good enough to be sold, but before I get into any of that, I'd like to find a print shop that will do a good job of printing. That shouldn't be too difficult.

My concern is that in giving the printer a hi res file of the image, how do I prevent them from using it or releasing it into the wild? The panos I've taken are perfect for triple monitor set ups (which is the reason I started taking them in the first place). I would have no problem proving the images are mine, given that I'm in possession of the multiple RAW files used for each image, but that wouldn't undo the damage if they are released to the internet.

Am I over thinking this? Are my concerns unfounded?

Thanks.
