ef-s on FF

i've been using them for awhile but my buddy and i was debating the calculations.  so if the crop is 1.6 for example at 250mm lens will a 400mm on a FF camera.  but then u also have to multiple the f stop an additional 1.6 correct?

so are aps-c lens focal length that are stamped on them what the focal length is for aps-c?  i'm assuming yes.

so then what happens on my m50 and i use my 50 1.8?  I'm guessing same rules apply.  the 50mm becomes 80mm.  Since EF glass focal length is measured in FF.  Does that mean when i use the 55-250mm is really 250mm since the m50 is aps-c?

then what happens when i use those speed booster that are .7x factor.  I'm guessing that would make an ef 50mm a 50mm but does it also retain the same 1.8 fstop.

i've been shooting FF for so long but i'm starting to move the other direction for light travel.

i know it's a noob q but me and my buddy was trying to figure it out lol.
