What grease lens makers use?

I've got my Tamron with a focus ring filled with dust and sand a bit. So it moves badly and grinds itself. I want to wipe it clean and re-apply the grease, but.. With which one? I never used something like this

Quite a cool lubricant. And it gives a very nice amount of dampening, no more no less. Looks remotely like a highly diluted vaseline (but not as nasty :D), is semi-transparent, plain white, slightly grayish when applied thick.

Does anybody know exactly what it is or what to replace it with?

I searched Aliexpress, but my findings are humble:
https://aliexpress.com/item/1005001602458463.html (for printers, looks close but much more viscous)
https://aliexpress.com/item/4001227609214.html (quite an insane price)
https://aliexpress.com/item/1005002123564789.html (cheaper one, yellowish)

I also do some repairs on manual lenses and usual machine lubricants are too viscous to maintain the easiness of operation, so if it may be applied to metal threads is a question too.
