Requirements for picture in bathroom.

I am looking for a factual reply, not someone's opinion!

Although the large bathroom is well vented, mechanically because there are no windows, I am designing a picture which will be A2 size in width, landscape mode. I mention this, because it will be an expensive project. If it were a cheap A4 from a home printer then it could be frequently replaced if it becomes manky.

It will be professionally printed on media you advise.

In keeping with the novel feature of the room, I wondered if printing on glass with some special coating and back lit might be realistic.

Alternatively, on polished aluminium or foil to give the picture some brilliance.

I am not adverse to the idea of a traditional frame. How does one specify the sealing process? Again, the glass would be the expensive super clear type.

I look forward to the voice of experience about what will work.

Thank you.

For those who are interested, I live in a converted Bank. The ensuite is in the Bank Vault. The closed door you see is still fully functional and normally open. The inner security grill door is also functional.

The picture is to go on the blank wall above the jacuzzi
