Re: My take on the RF 70-200 F4

I been on fence with this and the 2.8 bigger brother (or cousin?  uncle?) anyway, the smaller size and less weight is definitely a driving factor for me.  Plus if I leave it on m camera and the 24-105 in the bag, i can probably still use my current bag.

Anyway, i digress.  Thank you OP for your review.  Not only will I save a bunch of money, which can then go towards a 24-70 f/2.8, as I need at least one trinity lens and I been so impressed with it.  The RF 70-200 f/2.8 is a beast.  Sure I can use the speed the 2.8 provides.  But honestly, I was looking at some pics and was so impressed with the bokeh I had thought it came from a faster les, and sure enough, it was my f/4!

But yes, I would had preferred it took a TC, wish it had the filter slot, wish it had a tripod collar.  Will those wishes come with a Mark II, perhaps.  But I am definitely not going to wait, the 70-200 f/4 is in my future and can't wait to use it!
