Advise for Fuji XT4, JPEGs are too dark

Hi,

I bought a Fuji XT4 some weeks ago (I come from Nikon D500), and I switched to Fuji because the pleasant SOOC images and the quality of the APSc lenses.

I've been two weeks trying all the possibilities of the camera and I'm loving many things about it.

I have some lenses (10-24, 18-135, 100-400, 35 F2) and I've tried many film simulation methods.

But I have a problem, the JPEGs images are too dark, no matter the condition (sunlight, cloudy day, on snow, on forest, on city, and so on).

I thought that maybe was me and I was not choosing the correct values, but with auto modes (iso auto, aperture auto, speed auto) I've the same problem. Exposure compensation are in 0, I dont think I need it on standard light situations.

Also, I have tried DR400 just in case, but same thing.

I have uploaded 4 photos for example, two with the XT4 and two with a phone, as you can see, the XT4 images are too dark. I was there, and the day wasn't dark at all, the phone picture it's very accurate in that way.

It's my camera faulty or I'm overlooking something?

Thanks!
