Lots of solutions, here's an example of the 'vlogging mount' by Smallrig that allows the Z50 to be mounted with screen down:

Nikon sells it in its 'vloggers kit', and looks like this with everything mounted (inc portrait & handheld):

Or you could do the same with a nodal rail or macro rail, rotated.
