More than enough!  I've been shooting portraits for 25 years on a pretty full time bases.  I use a Paul Buff DigiBee 800 (320 watts) for my main but I'm not on full.  More like 1/4 power bounced off a white interior umbrella. So I'm around 80-100 watts.   My fill and hair/seperation light are the same unit and set to even less than that.

Even when I do large groups and I do use full power. I don't remember ever not having enough power.  And if I do need more, I will bump up the ISO or open up my aperture to what I can get away with, depth of field wise.
