Is a hot/stuck pixel common on Fujifilm cameras?

Hi there!
I'm new to DSLRs, having used a Sony RX100 for a good portion of six years. I recently (Nov 2020), bought myself the XT-4 and recently, when shooting in RAW, have realised a few stuck/hot pixels in my images in post.

I've messaged the retailer that I bought the camera from, and they said it's normal, while a friend of mine said that remapping should be an option/if not to get it serviced?

I just want to know how common is this, and further, should I be expecting to see such behaviour from the XT-4 (or other DSLR) going forwards.

Just to mention, from what I saw online: my camera wasn't hot, it was shooting in RAW under normal lightning conditions (no extreme ISO/exposure or aperture).

See images below - in case you're wondering that's a mask I was creating around the subject in Photoshop.

ANSWER:
Fujifilm X-T4
