I actually do not understand your continuous complaining about this camera -

it is what it is and you cannot change it anymore.

You don`t have to buy it - there are so many choices - just get an Xe3 if that camera

suits you better.

This is a brilliant reply! There are plenty more Fujis in the product line! No need to bash the X-E4 when it is easy to get a Fuji camera with features more to your liking!

Actually, this reminds me of the initial reactions to the X-Pro3, a terrible camera by most accounts (ha ha).

My guess is the X-E3 will not be made anymore, though. On the used market the price of an X-E3 in good condition ought to go up, unless more people like the X-E4 of course.

I intend to buy a X-E4 as soon as I can verify usability via reading the manual, and so far the manual is not on the Fuji website for download.

I understand that you seem to like the xe4 & that's great for you.

I own an xe3 but was hoping to upgrade to the xe4 for the tilt screen, updated internals (af, film simulations etc). WR would have made it a must buy for me but not having it was not a deal breaker.

What is a deal breaker has been mentioned several times...is it difficult for you to understand our frustration?

The only other line that is somewhat similar to this is the x100 series & I just bought the X100V! It's an awesome camera but not ILC so I had to compromise with that.

Who knows with the next models the x100, xpro & others will start losing grips, dials & buttons..it's already started with the missing dpad.

Should we not say anything then? 🤔
