Yeah, the image settings are a matter of personal taste (as is that "flippy" screen, I begrudgingly admit). I like to shoot JPEGs with -2 highlight and -2 shadow in high-contrast situations. I've never gotten the hang of the DR settings, although I have used the X-T4's in-camera HDR to good effect. I prefer Astia, Classic Chrome and Acros settings (often bracketing them), though I do have custom settings based upon them. I use Eterna almost exclusively in video. The Classic Chrome has a cool-blue effect that looks good on daytime sky, water, and glass-faced buildings. With a camera such as this, I take its particular functions that I will use along with those which I won't.
