With 16-80 OIS I don't see any wobbles on 16mm. What difference?

In lens stabilization operates differently than IBIS. OIS does not change the sensor relationship with the camera axis. IBIS does. The warped edges result for the image plane.  While the OIS changes the focal plane.  With OIS any offsets in off camera axis  the depth of field will compensate.

The downside of OIS is changes the optical path through the lens elements which can result in some gnarly bokeh.  Combine the two and you get the best of and also worse of both worlds.
