Heidelberg scanner may be your answer....or scanning service with one.  Doing it this way would not be reasonable in cost.

I'd use good 1:1 macro (stitch several shots for resolution) and use some sort of reliable denoise.  Disclaimer, I've not used a from my stand point it's a theory.
