X100V RAW files in LR: what sharpening settings? What about compressed RAW?

I recently bought a Fuji X100V and have just completed my first major shoot with it. What sharpening settings should I use in LightRoom? I've found suggestions online, but have also heard that LR's ability to handle Fuji files has improved over time so the earlier recommendations may now be suboptimal. Also, how high an ISO would yu generally get to before adding any noise reduction, and then how much?

Finally, I see the X10V can shoes compressed RAW files. Are these genuinely lossless? And can LR handle them? Is there any downside to their use?

I know some people say there are better post-processing packages for XTrans files than LightRoom but I have literally hundreds of thousands of RAW files from multiple Bayer-sensor cameras stored and organised in that package and it would be a big change for me to start working differently.
