I’ve been shooting predominantly with a 14/23 combo for a while now. I know these are classic Leica focal lengths. And I like them. The imminent release of the new 27 has me thinking now. The 14 is not weather sealed and can be difficult to compose with. The 23/2 feels a tad wider than traditional 35mm. Perhaps I just split the difference and go for the weather sealed combo? This would enable me to get rid of my 35 1.4 and simplify with an all arounder 27. Questions: for those that went 14 to 16, did you regret it? Similarly, for those that went 23 to 27, did you find it too tight? I could care less about the f stop. Mainly interested in weather sealing and compactness. Any comments would be appreciated.

From what you're saying 16/27 makes sense...I say go for it! However I'm not sure about getting rid of the 35 1.4 part lol...unless maybe you have a 50mm etc as well.
