Pixel mapping and hot pixels?

I was testing for hot pixels, ISO 160 f16 and 6.5s , they won't show unless I put the exposure to +3 and more in C1, it's about 4 red and 3 blue

With high ISO 2000 f3.6 1/10 there are only 3 total all colors included

I tried Pixel Mapping of the x-t3 but it's way too quick like 2 seconds and doesn't totally take away hot pixels, on my ex-Z6 I had more hot pixels but a single dust removal (they don't have a proper pixel mapping option) took them all away after 7 seconds

So I am surprised how short is the pixel mapping on the x-T3 and how in-efficient it's , is this normal?
