Help! Looking for a flash

My desires are simple, I'm looking for a high guide number, as high as possible (but reasonably priced), Good recycle time would be nice but not necessary, flash duration time should be fast, 1/300th sec at full power may be a bit slow. the focal length for the flash can be 100-200mm for the best guide number, I'd like lighter weight but I'll live, if the price is right and the weight isn't oppressive I'd consider buying 2 flashes to gain 1 stop. Sigma's EF630 claims 1/700th sec flash duration time but I don't know its T0.1 or T0.5 where the Metz 64AF-1 claims a pitiful 1/180th sec for T0.1 but 1/750th sec for T0.5. Given I want as much light on the subject as possible as fast as possible I'm inclined to use T0.1 numbers. I'm happy to look at main brands and off brands, I'll be using it manually and off the camera so the system doesn't matter.

Main priority is guide number, second priority is flash duration, Third priority is recycle time. Then price, weight and other stuff. I'd be open to using or rigging up an external battery pack.

Looking forward to see what your suggestions are.
