Nikon P7700/Compact Camera filters and accessories
2

Most of the accessories will work with other compact cameras. However, you should check and make sure, because all of these were found for the Nikon P7700.

Note: None of these accessories affect the zoom in any way.

I wanted to get some filters for my Nikon p7700 and had a hard time finding some for it so I am writing this in case anyone is having the same problem.

By itself, you can get 40.5 mm filters, (they screw into the inside of the front of the lens) but I wanted to get a larger size that I could use with my other cameras. I decided on the 58 mm filter size because it was the biggest I could get without additional cost and this is what I got.

This is a filter adaptor/lens hood (although it doesn't do a whole ton) but it is much cheaper ($6 USD) than the official Nikon one. ($48 USD)

I got these filters to test because they were very cheap ($25 USD), but surprisingly, they were very good. Not quite as good as ones twice their price, but for that price, they were a steal!

I also wanted a small tripod I could take with me on trips or hiking etc. I decided on this because it is collapsible, but is still very sturdy and well made. It is just as good as a similar one from Manfrotto ($42 USD) but is much cheaper ($18 USD). You can also find it on many other sites, however, this is the cheapest I could find it.

I also wanted a remote, so I got this one. (Sadly, I don't have a link for it) For some reason, it plugs into the GPS slot so if you have a GPS, you'll have to choose one or the other.

For about $50, less if you can find some coupons, you can get a great set of camera accessories. Good luck!
