Olympus Write Speeds?

I gave up a long time ago trying to get a straight answer out of Olympus about how fast their cameras were capable of writing to cards.  They would talk about the "class" of care you needed, but within a class there is a lot of difference in maximum write speed.  And it is just as bad on the other end--card manufacturers will boast of their cards' read speed because that is the higher number, but remain mum about the write speed because they don't want to quote the lower number.

So, how fast can a E-M1 mk II write to a card?  Which cards are capable of keeping up with that rate?  There's no point in paying for a card that can work faster than the camera can.
