What was the widest aperture that Henri Cartier-Bresson used?

I'd like to know if this great photographer ever used a depth of field shallower than 5.6, along with his 50mm lens in his Leica camera.

I am just curious because these days people are fascinated with 1.4 and 1.8 f-stop.

Did Cartier-Bresson ever used anything shallower than 5.6?

Does anyone know what was the widest aperture (smallest f-stop number) he had available for the lens he use the most? Are there specs for this lens? Thanks.
