How useful is 61 MP in reducing chroma aliasing?

Hi,

I started using three primes with my Sony A7rII and all three can generate a lot of chroma aliasing when properly focused at f/5.6.
It is my understanding that higher sensor resolution would reduce aliasing, but I would guess that going from 42MP to 61 MP would not have a major effect.

What is your take?

Best regards

Erik
