As others mentioned, no smartphones that I’m aware of have an adjustable aperture.

There are a number of smartphones that do have multiple cameras on their back, and these typically have different f/stops as well as focal lengths, which confuses the matter greatly as you likely can’t use the f/stops as an independent factor.

The reason for all of this is that smartphone lenses are not only shot wide open, but that they are heavily in diffraction territory. Consider that most of these lenses are “full-frame equivalent” of f/11 or f/16 and so there is little need for anything greater.
