Thank You all for your input, out of courtesy I will tell you I part exchanged my D850 & 24-70 f2.8g for a Z711, Adapter and 24-70f4.

Within the first day I realised that for me it was the right move, Whilst I loved the image quality of the D850 I was never in love with the camera, the the weight and size of my most used kit, the 850 and 24-70 f2.8g. I also found the shutter sound in normal use an annoyance.

My D500 with the 16-80 is quick, quiet and just a little easier for my small hands, I never used or saw any reason to use the D500 with the 24-70 2.8.

I will not go into the merits of the Z711 except to say that I am very content with the change and it will definitely replace the D850/2.8f combination.

I can not see me letting the D500 go though I believe that camera and the Z711 will be a great combination for me.

The other bonus is my Voiglander 35mm Nocton Classic f1.4 makes a brilliant light street/travel camera, the Leica m to Z adapter, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B088C3QC11/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

£30 from amazon excellent quality and price.

So Thank you again for your help.
