I use the free exiftool to add EXIF info to my photos.  I just add the lens name, focal length, and maximum aperture.  I don't keep track of the shooting aperture for each photo so I don't bother with it.  I mostly use exiftool when I am using my Olympus 9mm f8 fisheye bodycap though so it is always f8.
