E-M10 II - Olympus RAW files quite soft and noisy

OM-D E-M10 II user here.

I am not sure what I´m doing wrong. Whatever I do, out-of-camera JPEGs simply look way better, sharper, more detailed, with waaay less noise. I know that the noise reduction algorithms are simply doing their work for JPEGs but I get lots of noise even on LOW (100) ISO in the RAW files. Also, they often come out very soft and kinda smeared or smudgy-looking, even though I know that there was no motion blur involved (fast enough shutter speed, IS kicked in, stopped down to f8, etc.).
As I said, JPEGs are not problematic at all - they come out sharp, detailed and with way less noise, so it´s not sensor´s or processor´s fault I´d say.

Since I really want to have the most flexibility for postprocessing possible with this camera, I´d really appreciate some insight.

Thanks.
