Canon 7dmk2 v Canon 1Dx mk1

So im looking for some advice .

This has probably been discussed many times on here and elsewhere ,but wanted to get advice with the equipment that i have regarding the 2 cameras mentioned .

I have a 7Dmk2 and use a Sigma 150-600C - Canon 400mm F5.6 - Canon 70-200 F4 IS version. Canon 50mm F1.8 & Canon 17-40 F4.

My main subject is wildlife , but on occasions on a vacation etc  i use the 70-200 and 17-40 for day to day photography , family holiday shots with some landscape scenes.

So i have a option to buy a 1DX mk1 for a good price with shutter release less than 50000 . funds wont stretch to a mk2 (wish it could) .

Would the 1DX be a better option for my photography .

Would the quality of the photos be better over the 7dmk2

Would the AF of the 1DX be better for wildlife .

Would the lenses that i have be better on a 1DX .

I realise that i would loose the reach from the 7D & the 1DX is heavier , this wouldn't be a issue if the quality would be better with a 1DX.

Just looking for some real world advice instead of looking at camera comparison sites.

Best Regards

Stay safe
