This is a Hasselblad advertisement - did you really expect it to come up with a different result?

I understand it's promotional, a PR campaign. I even felt like a dirty spammer posting it, but I still want to know and the video ads context to the conversation.

If I was shooting with a TOTL camera like a medium format, with the highest color bitrate, and the best dynamic range, will it be any better after I export it as a jpg? This advertisement makes it look like magic,  I'd like to know the magic behinds the scene to see how I was tricked. Is it a better sensor? A better Camera? Better glass? Or just cherry picking a better shot? Or was it only better in post processing?
