Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 E Mount - CLUNK, RATTLE, JIGGLE, SHAKE, NOISE

Hi, I have the lens in the title, its lightly used and was bought new. When I slowly (or quickly) flip the lens upright then downward it makes an internal clunk. It doesn't matter if its on the camera (a7III) or not, nor if the camera is on or off. I would describe it as a jiggle or rattle, maybe like an oss system moving to its extremes, but this lens doesn't have oss. Any quick movement will cause it to clunk a bit, but to reproduce it, all you need to do it point it up and down like one of those old gravity tube noise maker things. The photos are still sharp, but the lens has a 6 year warranty and I'm wondering if I should send it in for repair or if it is normal. I did some googling and see people has been concerned with the clunk sounds upon start up and shut down. But this is not that.
