Absolutely. If this was my personal case, I would double-check and look hard to determine if it's dried liquid marks or scratches. If it's a liquid, I would work something out with the seller like ask for a copy of an original receipt(warranty repair purpose) and ask sellers to cover/partial refund for your trouble. If there's a scratch, I would just return it for a refund if you can.
