Thanks for all the reply's, picked it up today. Around 10k shutter actuation's, in almost perfect shape 9/10!
Did a very brief shoot just to test the camera and I think I really like it. AF isn't that bad for my uses, though it does hunt a little in low light as mentioned.

Feels great in hand, feels well built.
ISO 6400 somehow looks better than on my XT20 probably due to sensor resolution.
My biggest complaint with it is that now I really want an X100V!
One question to previous owners of any of the x100 series, what is the week spot build wise? My gut tells me the OVF / EVF would have issues before anything else but maybe Im wrong.

Congrats. It's been a while so I don't remember the soft spot of the build. the X100s build was quite solid honestly. But dust in lens and VF is one of the complaints before. Sticky Apreture balde was an issue to some X100 series cameras including X100s before. I think it's no longer a problem to the recent models. Also, please think twice if you want to use soft release button. Some people damaged the shutter button because of that.. guess that was because some people exerted too much force when they screwed it in. The soft Botton won't stay even those with rubber band. And its is way too easy to turn on the camera in the bag accidentally ( and drain your battery) when you have a soft release installed. I personally don't recommend them.

Could it be the issue with a stuck OVF/EVF curtain? I've experienced it once but bumped the camera against my palm to release it. Has never happened again.

Generally I find the X100 (T in my case) very well build. I bought it used in 2016 and it has travelled with me to numerous places - both tropical places and sub zero. It is quite beat up, has been covered with sand, sweat, sun oil, splashed with sea water etc but still works like a charm. I also still use the same battery that came with it originally.
