Considering picking one of these up cheap.

How does it hold up, specifically for AF? I only use single point AF and focus and recompose.

Would love any input!

I had one. AF is good for good light situations and static subjects. It's AF could not keep up with moving object most of time.

If I remember correctly, one of the main drawbacks of the X100s is that you need to rely on the dials for f/numbers between each full stops. That means you can only access to full stop aperture value on the aperture ring and you cannot get to the next full aperture value when you are adjusting the in-between 1/3 values using the dial... That was a pain in the neck to me and that was one of the reasons I sold it. I mean I appreciate some camera can slow me down but not in this painful way. LOL. I think the problem was "fixed" in X100T. For that reason, if I were you, I will at least go with X100T. But the AF is still sluggish on X100T.
