Like the 28mm and 40mm pancake like lenses, and the Micro 50mm would be nice.
I can't wait to see how the pancakes perform. Would like to add the 40mm to my lens collection since I love this focal lengths (35mm is sometimes too wide and 50mm too narrow for me when I only take one prime lens with me) and more compactness compared to my 35mm would be very welcome on some occasions.
When I still had my Fuji gear I really liked the 27/2.8 pancake lens for the same reasons.
my thinking is pretty similar, the 40mm really could be the sweet spot for me, and the fact that it’ll be smaller is a nice bonus.
in some ways it might seem odd to own 28, 35, 40 and 50mm primes, but I can envision using them all.
Not so crazy when you figure the 40mm would be a pancake, higher than f/1.8, so its use is more for travel and wandering with a tick smaller package....
