How to remove "Open in Photolab 4" link from Windows context menu?

Just installed DxO Photolab 4 and I'm pretty psyched to be parting ways from Adobe. Annoyingly, DxO has modified my Windows right click context menu in normal folders. Now, whenever I right-click an image, in any Windows folder (not in the application), the top option is no longer "Open," but "Open in Photolab 4."

Before I dig into Google for general way to edit the Windows context menu, I wanted to check with the application's preferences for a simple solution, but unfortunately, I couldn't find anything indicating how to undo this. The PDF instructions also don't seem to mention the topic.

Is anyone aware of where to find the setting in PL4 to remove the DxO link from my general context menu? I know there are ways to mess with Windows itself, but it's been a while since I did that and not sure I want to delve into it right now.
