Fuji X-T3 vs Nikon D750 for indoor sports photography

hi guys!

i have been a user of the X system for some time now, owning an XT1, an XE2 and an XT20 with a few lenses.

i have used my gear mostly for landscape, travel, some portraits and have been really enjoying the results(prints included also)

however, starting in 2021, I will have the chance to photograph professional basketball and handball teams in official tournaments. In my country, the arenas are not so well lit so I would be needing an upgrade from my current kit.

my main candidates now are the Fuji XT3 and the 50-140 lens or the Nikon D750 with the 70-200 lens.

unfortunately , where I live I can’t test/rent fuji gear. Only nikon, canon and to a smaller degree sony so there is no way for me to rent a lens for a week and see how it goes. Therefore my investment with nikon would be smaller, because i can rent the lens I need at decent prices and only pay for a second hand D750 body whereas when it comes to Fuji I would have to pay in full for the whole kit.

my questions are as follow:

1. Anyone had experience with both systems and shot sports with them?

2. Are you satisfied with fuji XT3’s iso performance from 3200 to 6400?

3. Anyone used the 50f2 or the 90f2 lens for indoor sports? Considering that extra light would you say that for indoor sports they perform better than the 2.8 50-140?

4. Is there a big difference between AF in lowlight situations?

i am not concerned about day events(moto, auto) where i am confident i can shoot my fuji’s but rather worried about indoor performance.

many thanks
