Battery life in X100v in the cold

It’s about 32F/0C to 35F this morning, within operating temperature for X100v. I shot a lot on the train and my battery dropped to 80% understandably. I started charging it with an external battery bank. Within 15 minutes it was back up to 100%! Excellent, right? From a window on an elevated platform window, I shot at most 30 pictures in 10 minutes and it dropped to 89%. Pretty wack. I am using the EVF. Is this reasonable or normal? Maybe the battery meter is having trouble gauging how much battery. Maybe the battery is draining fast because it’s cold. Idk...what are your experiences using an x100v in the cold?
